What's to do?Stratford Day is an event where you can have fun, meet your friends, enjoy free entertainment, get some great food, check out some cool cars and motorcycles, play some games, people watch and just stroll around. We strive to have something of interest and value for every age. Stratford Day is an opportunity to bring together our townspeople and visitors from other towns for fun, entertainment and information. It's a way for our town organizations to publicize their missions. Some offer food and games to the public as fundraisers. We have a variety of crafters with unique items for sale. |

SUITCASES FOR KIDS COLLECTION At Stratford Day from 10AM to 6PM I will be collecting new and gently used suitcases, large backpacks and duffle bags to be distributed to children in Connecticut. When kids are suddenly removed from their homes, the social workers will come prepared with a suitcase for the child to keep, to put clothing and belongings into, thanks to Suitcase for Kids collections. I am organizing this collection as part of my Silver Award Project for Girl Scouts. Thanks to Stratford Day and the CT Department of Children and Families for their support and guidance. Haley D. |
